No.15627 of 2021) pending disposal of the CMA.SR.No.25800 of 2021 and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. 3. It appears that the petitioners, who are the claimants before the Tribunal, have filed this appeal to set aside the order and decree 27.11.2019. We find no reason to allow the petition. Hence, the petition is dismissed.
