This petition is filed to implead the proposed respondent No. 2 / defacto complainant as 2nd respondent in Crl.A.No.178 of 2023 and Crl.M.P.No.2671 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that when the matter is taken up for admission on 23.2.2023, this court gave a direction to the petitioner to implead the defacto complainant as necessary party to the criminal appeal and accordingly, the petitioner has filed the present petition to implead the defacto complainant as 2nd respondent in the criminal appeal and stay petition. Thus, he prayed for appropriate orders.

3. In view of the above, this petition is ordered by impleading the proposed respondent No.2/defacto complainant as 2nd respondent in Crl.A.No.178 of 2023 and Crl.M.P.No.2671 of 2023.
