Writ Petition is filed seeking to call for the records culminating in the order dated 30.6.2015 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2015 in M.P.No.25 of 2015 by the 2nd respondent quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent herein not to levy surcharge on harmonics with regard to Railway Traction substations of the petitioner in the State of Tamilnadu.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that very Miscellaneous Petition itself is disposed of by the Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulatory Commission and request for refund of the petition is also rejected, for which they will file appropriate appeal as per law. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition and he has also produced the copy of the order dated 05.05.2022 passed in M.P.No. 25 of 2015.
3. In such view of the matter, no further orders are required and the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is well open to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 13.10.2022 kpr Internet:Yes
