(Order of the Court was delivered by K.K.SASIDHARAN,J.) The contempt petition is filed to take action against the respondent on account of her non compliance of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ order passed in W.P.No.14922 of 2010 dated 20.07.2011.

2.When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader (Education) by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 20.03.2019 submitted that the order dated 20.07.2011 in W.P.No.14922 of 2010 has been complied with by the respondent. 3.The said position is confirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4.The contempt petition is closed taking into account the above stated subsequent developments.
