This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to FIR No.126 of 2022, on the file of the first respondent police, G7 - Chetpet Police Station, Chetpet, Chennai and to quash the same as against the petitioner herein.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that investigation in this case has been completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Court. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in FIR No.126 of 2022, on the file of the first respondent police.
