ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J.,) The present writ petition has been filed directing the second respondent to complete the enquiry process in respect of genuineness of verification of the petitioner's Community Certificate as per G.O.Ms.No.106, Adi-Dravidar and Tribal Welfare (CV-I) Department dated 15.10.2012.

2. The main grievance of the petitioner is that the enquiry, with regard to the verification of his community certificate, is pending with the second respondent since 2016. Thus, he sought for a suitable direction to complete the enquiry within a time frame.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the vigilance report has been received in the matter, which is in favour of the petitioner and further informs that the State Level Scrutiny Committee will complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the second respondent/Tamil Nadu State Level Scrutiny Committee is directed to complete the enquiry process in respect of genuineness of verification of the Community Certificate of the petitioner, following the relevant Government Orders on the subject and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner and his employer on or before 15.03.2018.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
