DECREE:This Appeal coming up for admission on this day, upon perusing the petition of appeal, the order of the Lower Court, material paper in this case and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.Venkatachalam, Counsel for appellant, this Court while dismissing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal doth order and decree as follows;

i)That the Judgment and decree dated 10/04/2014 made in MCOP No.219/12 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Subordinate Court, Hosur be and hereby is confirmed;

ii)That the Appellant herein/Respondent be and hereby is directed to deposit the award amount of compensation of Rs.2,74,600/- alongwith interest at the rate of 7.5% per annum from the date of petition till the date of deposit, less the amount if any already deposited within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this Order; iii)that on such deposit being made, the respondent/Claimant be and hereby is permitted to withdraw the award amount along with interest and costs after

adjusting the amount if any already withdrawn by filing an appropriate application before the tribunal; and iv)That there be no cost in this Appeal;
