This Application has been filed seeking for extension of time to execute the bond in O.P.No.181 of 2006.

2.This Court by its order dated 26.09.2006 granted Letters of Administration in favour of the petitioner. An application to revoke the leave was sought to be filed in Application No.5206 of 2006 and the same came to be dismissed on 03.10.2012. The property covered under the Will became the subject matter of the suit in O.S.No.2694 of 2012 and it had attained finality on 13.12.2018. The aggrieved person had filed an appeal suit in A.S.No.88 of 2021. The petitioner had also filed an ejectment suit against appellant. During the pendency of the said appeal suit, the appellant in A.S.No.88 of 2021 had agreed to vacate the tenanted portion and pursuant to the same, she had handed over the possession of the property to the petitioner on 23.08.2022. Since the property was the subject matter of the suit for partition, the petitioner had not executed the bond. 3.The case of the petitioner is that now, there is no legal impediment for administering the property. Therefore, he had filed this application for extension of time.

4.Considering the aforesaid fact, the time to execute the bond as directed in O.P.No.181 of 2006, in its order dated 26.09.2006 is extended till 30.04.2023. 28.03.2023 gba K.KUMARESH BABU,J.
