O R D E R

The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 26.06.2015 in W.P.No.17285 of 2015, has filed the present contempt petition.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents Corporation submitted that in pursuant to the direction passed by this Court, the respondents 2 and 3 has sent a proposal to the 1st respondent, who in-turn, has sanctioned pensionary benefits to the petitioner by passing G.O.(3D) No.16, Transport (RW1) Department dated 04.04.2016 and he has also produced a copy of the said Government Order, which is taken on file and recorded.

3. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition stands closed. If the petitioner is still being aggrieved, it is open to her to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
