C.M.P.No.23621 of 2024 is filed to condone the delay of 1824 days in filing the petition to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased N.Somasundaram in C.R.P.(PD)No.2364 of 2017; C.M.P.No.23622 of 2024 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st petitioner N.Somasundaram in the CRP; and C.M.P.No.23624 of 2024 is filed to bring on record the petitioners 1 to 4, legal heirs of the deceased Somasundaram, as petitioners 3 to 6 in the C.R.P.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons set out in the affidavits filed in support of these C.M.Ps., all the three C.M.Ps. are ordered. 27.11.2024 kj (1/5) Note:The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the revision.
