ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case based on the complaints given by the petitioner dated 07.12.2018 and 08.01.2019 respectively. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Public Prosecutor [Puducherry] appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 would submit that the complaints which were received by the Chief Secretary, have been forwarded to the Department of Vigilance and Anti Corruption, Puducherry and that appropriate steps will be taken within a period of six weeks on the said complaints, if cognizance is made out.
Recording the same, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the Superintendent of Police, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Vigilance and Anti Corruption Department, Puducherry, to complete the enquiry on the petitions/complaints of the petitioner dated 07.12.2018 and 08.01.2019 respectively and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
