On 22.04.2024 when the matter came up for hearing, this Court in open Court dictated an order stating that the writ petition is not maintainable and the petitioner has to approach Central Administrative Tribunal. However, on the same day afternoon, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the very question was considered by the Central Administrative Tribunal and upon opposition by the respondents since the salary is being paid from the liquidation amount and the petitioners are all employed by virtue of "in the capacity of company paid staff" the Central Administrative Tribunal refused to entertain the original application and thereafter the petitioners were directed to approach this Court.

2. In view of the above, the matter has been listed today under the caption "for being mentioned". Therefore, the order which was dictated in open Court remains unsigned and is recalled. Post the matter for final hearing.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent requested that the matter may be heard after vacation.

4. Post on 12.06.2024 for final hearing.
