O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.VIMALA,J.,) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the petitioner / sister of the detenu seeking direction to the second respondent to produce the body of the brother of the petitioner, Dr.V.Chandramohan, aged 63 years.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents has produced records showing that the detenu/Dr.V.Chandramohan has been admitted in M/s.HELP Rehabilitation Center, No.7 Annamalai Nagar, Thoppampatti, Coimbatore -17. The medical records of the detenu have also been produced. A copy of the said medical records has also been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Recording the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
