This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police on alternative days at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months in Crl.O.P.No.1987 of 2023 by order dated 30.01.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
