All the civil revision petitions were listed for admission on 21.12.2017, 05.01.2018 and 22.01.2018. At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court adjourned all the civil revision petitions from time to time. Finally all the civil revision petitions were listed on 13.02.2018. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the petitioner did not take any step to list the matter for even admission. Therefore, all the civil revision petitions are pending for the 4/6

past three years without even admission and ordering notice. It shows that the petitioner has no interest to pursue the civil revision petitions. Therefore, mere pendency of these civil revision petitions would not serve any purpose and this Court is not inclined to keep the civil revision petitions pending. As such all the civil revision petitions deserve to be dismissed.

Accordingly, all the civil revision petitions are dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No order as to costs.
