This petition is filed to dispense with the production of certified copy of the decree dated 09.02.2016 made in M.C.O.P.No.2773 of 2014 on the file of the Special District Judge, (Motor Accident Claims Tribunal), Dharmapuri.

2.Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, exempting the petitioner from the production of certified copy of the decree dated 09.02.2016 made in M.C.O.P.No.2773 of 2014 on the file of the Special District Judge, (Motor Accident Claims Tribunal), Dharmapuri, for the present and directed to produce a copy of the judgment and decree made in M.C.O.P.No.2773 of 2014 dated 09.02.2016, within a period of eight weeks from the date of this order.
