ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer made in the writ petition has now become infructuous. 2.Mr.K.R.Krishnan, learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent has submitted that the matter has now become infructuous, since the mining lease with the fifth respondent was registered on 10.03.2011 under the document No.741 of 2011, which is the subject matter of challenge in this writ petition and the lease had already expired on 09.03.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the endorsement and the submission made by the learned counsel for the fifth respondent that the lease granted to the fifth respondent had already expired, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.

No costs.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
