It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the sixth defendant in C.S. (COMM.DIV) No.212 of 2022 that this Court by order dated 26.09.2023 passed by Hon'ble Ms.Justice P.T.Asha, had recorded the fact that Her Lordship had viewed the movie, which is the subject matter of the suit, for almost two hours and thereafter, as seen from the order dated 26.09.2023, it has been recorded by Her Lordship that the parties have been informed that in case of a roster change, appropriate orders will have to be obtained from the Hon'ble Chief Justice for listing the suit before the very same Hon'ble Judge, i.e. Hon'ble Ms.Justice P.T.Asha.

It is also recorded in the earlier order that the learned counsel for the plaintiff has also agreed for listing of this matter before the very same Hon'ble Judge, who had heard the matter on 26.09.2023. 2.Both the counsels are directed to address a letter to the registry as they have consented earlier for listing this matter before the very same Hon'ble Judge, who had heard the matter on 26.09.2023 to enable the 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.
