Respondents Prayer: Writ Appeal is filed under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent against the order of the learned single Judge dated 13.02.2014 passed in WP No.5042 of 2012, Writ of certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records comprised in the impugned order dt 23.5.2011 of the 2nd respondent and quash the same as being arbitrary and illegal and consequently issue a mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to reinstate the petitioner in the position of senior faculty with all attendant benefits and emoluments thereof to which the petitioner would be otherwise entitled to in the normal course of his service with effect from the date of his removal.
