Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this writ miscellaneous petition is ordered. The wife of the deceased petitioner namely Mrs.Ramathilagam wife of S.Govindarajulu is impleaded as petitioner No.2 as legal representative of the deceased petitioner.
