There is a delay of 407 days in filing the Review Application.

2. The order passed in the writ appeal is sought to be reviewed in the Review Application. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order had been passed without giving notice to the petitioner herein, who stood as one of the respondents in the main writ appeal.

3. Having considered these aspects, the delay of 407 days is condoned and this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to number the Review Application and post it for hearing along with W.A.Nos.2414 and 2391 of 2019 on 12.10.2023.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the Teachers Recruitment Board shall file a copy of the Notification issued in respect of the recruitment, which is in question during the next hearing date.
