On 02.09.2022 this Court has given one more opportunity to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. It is not clear as to whether the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court or not.

3.In view of the above, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
