In the interim order passed on 29.07.2015, in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in W.P.No.23078 of 2015, this Court had taken note of the fact that the petitioner's name found place at Serial No.22 in the annexure to G.O.No.74, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Cont.P.No.36 of 2016 School Department, dated 10.06.2002, for approval of her appointment as Vocational Teacher and accordingly, directed the Chief Educational Officer, Tirunelveli District, to give temporary approval to the petitioner for the post of Vocational Teacher in the fifth respondent School. 2.Today, when the matter was called the learned Government Advocate produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.9800/A6/2021, dated 03.01.2022, issued by the Chief Educational Officer, whereby, approval has been granted to the petitioner for the post of Vocational Teacher with effect from 20.09.1996. In view of the same, the interim order of the Writ Court is deemed to have been complied with. 3.Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
