Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for the very same dispute, the private respondents have already filed a suit in O.S.No.83 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Harur and the same was dismissed and hence, this writ petition may be closed, as the prayer sought in this writ petition has become infructuous.
