ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the bail condition in Para No.4 imposed in Crl.OP.No.32566 of 2024 order dated 09.01.2025, viz., "4.....the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.15,000/- with two sureties, of which one shall be a Page No.1 of 4

blood related surety, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge Mahila Court, Perambalur.."

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is unable to produce blood related surety; and that the High Court had granted bail on 09.01.2025, he is still languishing in jail.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody in spite of bail granted by this Court vide order dated 09.01.2025, this Court is of the view that the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.4 can be modified as follows:

" the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.15,000/- with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge Mahila Court, Perambalur." Page No.2 of 4

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 18.03.2025 vca To The Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Mangalamendu, Perambalur District.
