Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorified Mandamus, calling for the entire records in pursuant to the Charge Memorandum issued to the petitioner by the 3rd respondent vide Na. Ka. 8269/2012/A4 dated 30.11.2012 the punishment order issued by the 3rd respondent Vide Na. Ka. 8269/2012/A4 dated 21.01.2013 and the order issued by the 2nd respondent Vide O.Mu. 9077/2013/A3 dated 18.06.2013 in so far as not setting aside the punishment order issued by the 3rd respondent is concerned and quash the same and the direct the respondents to pay all benefits to the petitioner.

O R D E R

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents informed this Court that the writ petition has been filed challenging the charge memo issued under Rule 17 (A) of the Tamil Nadu Civil Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules. However, the disciplinary authority considered the explanation submitted by the writ petitioner and passed a final orders in the disciplinary proceedings initiated in proceedings dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

30.11.2012. The petitioner has also preferred an appeal against the order of punishment.

2. This being the factum of the case, the cause aroused for filing writ petition became vanished. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
