ORDER

This Review Application is filed to review the order of this Court passed in M.P.No.1 of 2011 in M.P.No.1 of 2009 in C.R.P.SR.No.39558 of 2009 dated 21.12.2011.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and the material available on record was perused.

3. On earlier occasion, this Court directed the learned Additional Government Pleader on 09.04.2025 to take instructions regarding the persons in possession of the property comprised in S.No.134/1 at Rallapadi Village, Periyapalayam Firka, Uthukottai Taluk, Thiruvallur District.

4. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it is reported by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the subject property had been sold to several persons, and they are in possession of the said property. He also submitted a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.856/2025/Aa1, dated 14.04.2025 of the Thasildhar, Uthukottai, in this regard.

5. For better appreciation, the said letter dated 14.04.2025 is extracted hereunder:

6. In view of the above, this Court finds that there are no merits in the review application and also, no purpose would be served by restoring the Civil Revision Petition.
