It is represented that order which is the subject matter of the contempt has been complied with vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1488/A3/2015 of the Additional Assistant Elementary Educational Officer, Kadambathur dated 10.11.2017 and it is also been put to challenge in WP No.31208 of 2017 and interim order has also been granted on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 07.12.2017.

In the light of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this contempt petition and hence, the contempt petition is closed and the petitioner is at liberty to pursue the remedy in WP No.31208 of 2017.
