Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to survey and measure the property situated in Pillanji Village, Near Sakthi Petrol Bunk comprised in Grama Natham Survey No.1146/2A1 and Survey No.1146/5A1 measuring an extent of 17,038 Sq.ft, Pillanji Village, Sholinghur Taluk and Ranipet District in consonance with the petitioner's application dated 07.01.2023 along requisite fee vide Challan No.20230106007924 dated 06.01.2023. O R D E R
The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to survey and measure the property situated in Pillanji Village, Near Sakthi Petrol Bunk comprised in Grama Natham Survey No.1146/2A1 and Survey No.1146/5A1 measuring an extent of 17,038 Sq.ft, Pillanji Village, Sholinghur Taluk and Ranipet District in consonance with the petitioner's application dated 07.01.2023 along requisite fee vide Challan No.20230106007924 dated 06.01.2023.
2. In respect of the property situated at Grama Natham Survey No.1146/2A1 and Survey No.1146/5A1 measuring an extent of 17,038 Sq.ft, Pillanji Village, Sholinghur Taluk and Ranipet District, the petitioner, in order to survey the said land and identify the four boundaries, has made an online application and paid the necessary fee also on 06.01.2023. In order to consider the said application and to do the needful to complete the survey, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition with the aforesaid prayer.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 2 / 4
4. Learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that, the said online application would be considered and necessary orders would be passed by the 3rd respondent within a time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.
5. Considering the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the online application submitted by the petitioner dated 06.01.2023 and do the needful to survey the land and identify the boundaries within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
