ORDER

Seeking a direction to the first respondent police to register the case in respect of the petitioner's complaint dated 30.04.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.On a reading of a complaint, it is seen that the petitioner, who is the husband has lodged a complaint against his wife and inlaws. Hence, no positive direction can be given to the respondent Police to register FIR.

4.The Superintendent of Police, Tiruvannamalai, Tiruvannamalai District is directed to refer the complaint to the All Women Police Station and the parties may be sent for counselling.

5.This Criminal Original Petition is closed with the above direction.
