Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition in the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every 10.00 a.m., fo a period of fifteen (15) days and thereafter as and when required for interrogation in Crl.O.P.No.4514 of 2022 dated 24.02.2022 and pass such order and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.MANIMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.LEONARD ARUL JOSEPH SELVAM, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of fifteen days imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.4514 of 2022 dated 24.02.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned counsels on either side, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the condition imposed vide order dated 24.02.2022 made in Crl.OP.No.4514 of 2022 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the Kancheepuram Town Police Station, Kancheepuram daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of 15 days and thereafter as and when required for interrogation".
