ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner.
2. The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned District Munsif, Alandur for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.615 of 2010, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Alandur. 1/4
3. The Plaintiff/Respondent has filed the suit for bare injunction against the petitioner/2nd defendant and others. The suit is filed in the year 2010, pleadings are completed, issues are also settled but still the trial could not be commenced. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner submitted that after filing of this revision petition, the Respondent/Plaintiff has filed an affidavit in lieu of chief examination of P.W.1.
4. While recording the submissions of counsel for the petitioner, the trial Court is directed to dispose of O.S.No.615 of 2010 as expeditiously as possible, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
