Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records pertaining to and pursuant to the nature of proceedings in Circular No. Pension/2022/55893/15785 dated 25.01.2023 issued by the 4th Respondent and the consequential proceedings of the 5th Respondent in TN/RO/PDY Higher Pension/Revision/2022-23 dated 27.01.2023 issued to the members of the Petitioner Sangam and to quash the same and to direct the Respondents to allow all the members of the Petitioner Sangam to continue to draw the pension on higher wages without any reduction.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records pertaining to and pursuant to the nature of proceedings in Circular No.

Pension/2022/55893/15785 dated 25.01.2023 issued by the 4th Respondent and the consequential proceedings of the 5th Respondent in TN/RO/PDY Higher Pension/Revision/2022-23 dated 27.01.2023 issued to the members of the Petitioner-Sangam and to quash the same and to direct the Respondents to allow all the members of the Petitioner-Sangam to continue to draw the pension on higher wages without any reduction.

2. The issue involved in this wit petition has already been dealt with by another Judge of this Court in W.P.No.21592 of 2023 dated 21.07.2023.

3. Considering the fact that the impugned order challenged in W.P.No.21592 of 2023 and the impugned order challenged in the instant writ petition are one and the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of on the same lines as in W.P.No.21592 of 2023. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 3/6
