ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to pay difference in gratuity, difference in grade pay and increase 45 percent DA with 10 percent interest as per 12th wage settlement dated 22.01.2011 to the petitioner.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner, who had joined the services of the respondent Corporation, had retired from service, however, the

terminal benefits have been settled based on salary paid and 12th settlement was not extended to the petitioner. Claiming the difference in gratuity, difference in grade pay and increase 45% DA with 10% interest as per 12th wage settlement dated 22.12.2025 vide representation dated 27.12.2025 and the same is not considered. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4. In view of the limited request made by the petitioner, this Court directs the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 27.12.2025 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
