This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint dated 29.1.2014 given by the petitioner to the first respondent.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that earlier petitioner had lodged similar complaint, which was enquired into and closed on 20.12.2012. Again petitioner has lodged fresh complaint on the same cause of action.
