C.M.P.No.21319 of 2023 in A.S.No.No.600 of 2018 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., This petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to substitute service of notices to the respondents 10 and 11. They are the legal representatives of the 10th respondent.
2. The learned counsel for the respondents has strongly opposed on the ground that R10 remained ex-parte before the Trial Court and the proposed parties R10 and R11 are the minors at the time of the institution.
3. In the interest of justice, this petition is ordered.
4. The learned counsel for the appellants is directed to take substituted service through paper publication anyone of Tamil daily, which is widely circulated in the 10 and 11th respondent's locality on or before 16.07.2024.
5. Post the matter for hearing on 23.07.2024.
