Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second respondent to register the case based on the statement received from the petitioner at Government Hospital, Cheyyar on 13.06.2015 and also petitioner's complaint dated 15.06.2015 to the first respondent.

O R D E R

Seeking a direction to the second respondent Police to register the case based on the statement received from the petitioner at Government Hospital, Cheyyar on 13.06.2015 and also his complaint dated 15.06.2015 to the first respondent, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It appears that the petitioner has given a complaint to the Superintendent of Police. Therefore, this petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to go in person to give a fresh https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint alongwith wound certificate to the Inspector of Police of the concerned jurisdiction and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
