This writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.10.2018 and directing the respondents to transfer patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of the property in S.No.25/12 measuring 0.30.0 acres in Acharavakkam Village, Thirukazhukundram Taluk, Kancheepuram District.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he made a representation dated 29.10.2018 to the first respondent seeking to grant patta in favour of the petitioner. However, after receiving the said representation, the patta has not been transferred in favour of the petitioner. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
