CRIME NO.1005 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.24912 of 2021 on 20.12.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.ELUMALAI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24912 of 2021 dated 20.12.2021.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the petitioner has not complied the condition and the final report has also not yet filed.

4. Taking note of the fact that the condition to report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders cannot be relaxed. Hence, the petition for relaxation for bail condition is dismissed.
