K.K. SASIDHARAN,J.

This intra court appeal is directed against the order dated 8 May, 2014 in W.P.No.12484 of 2014 dismissing the writ petition filed by the appellant for Police Protection to conduct the meeting on 19 May, 2014.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the counsel is yet to receive instructions from the appellant as to whether anything survives for adjudication.

3. The prayer in the writ petition itself was to grant Police Protection for conducting a meeting on 19 May, 2014 and more particularly, to conduct the Bishop's Consecration Service at Tranquber. The writ petition was dismissed on account of the finding given by the Division Bench by order dated 28 February, 2014 in Contempt Appeal No.10 of 2013 holding that meeting was convened in disobedience of the direction issued by the learned single Judge.

4. In any event, nothing survives for adjudication on account of the efflux of time. We therefore, dismiss the intra court appeal as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
