THIRUMAL Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to permit the petitioner to withdraw the deposited entire amount of Rs.19,27,895/- in the credit of above MCOP.No.274 of 2016, on the file of MACT(Special Sub Court No.2) Chennai,(CMP.No.4713 of 2022) till the disposal of above Appeal C.M.A.No.2052 of 2021. Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.VARADHA KAMARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.ARUN KUMAR, Advocate for 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- The above petition is filed seeking permission to withdraw the entire amount of Rs.19,27,895/-, which has been deposited by the first respondent/appellant to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.274 of 2016 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, (Special Sub Court No.2), Chennai,

2. The appellant has filed the appeal restricting to a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees fifteen lakhs only).

3. Considering the same, the petitioner is permitted withdraw the sum of Rs.14,00,000/- (Rupees fourteen lakhs only) from out of the sum deposited to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.274 of 2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
