ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under section 132(2)(1) CGST ACT 2017 registered in GST/INS-01/521/2021 seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for tax related cases, brought to the notice of this Court that, same petitioner has moved two anticipatory bail petitions before this Court through two different Counsels. He further submits that the earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 5334 of 2022 is adjourned to 16.03.2022, while so, the present Crl.O.P.No. 5911 of 2022 is preferred through different Counsel.

3. Taking note of the above facts, this Court is not inclined to entertain both the petitions and it is open to the petitioner to choose any one of them as his Counsel and file a fresh Criminal petition.
