The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to process with the petitioner's case expeditiously and take the case on file and proceed with legally and issue warrant to the absconding accused in Crime No.228 of 2013.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the case is posted for trial on 03.05.2017 before the learned Mahila Court, Cuddalore.
3. The above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded and the parties are directed to cooperate with the trial and the learned Mahila Court, Cuddalore is directed to dispose of the case in Crime No.228 of 2013, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
