C.M.P.Nos.5688, 5690 and 6188 of 2021 in S.A.No.779 of 2012 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., These petitions have been filed for condoning the delay of 100 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement of the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant M.Vasugi; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole appellant M.Vasugi; to bring the record the proposed petitioners named as legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant M.Vasugi 2. V.Mani 3. M.Sathiyamurthy and 4. Sudha.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for allowing the petitions.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, all the three petitions are allowed.

4. Post the main Second Appeal for final hearing after three weeks.
