Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.10.2023 and consequently to direct the second respondent to sponsor the petitioner's name for employment in any one of the departments in the Government under Destitute Widow category.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the first respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner for direction directing the second respondent to sponsor the petitioner's name for employment in any one of the departments in the Government under destitute widow category.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. Now, the sponsor from the employment exchange for any employment is over and whatever be the post, it is filled up only by recruitment through concerned department. Therefore, sponsoring the name from employment exchange is not automatic. Therefore, the direction sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to apply for the post when any department calls for application for recruitment of particular post. No costs. 04.03.2024 Index:Yes/No Speaking Order: Yes Lpp To 2/4
