Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent proceedings vide Letter No.15790/hvh/A2/2017 dated 28.08.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to consider the petitioner for appointment of a Junior Draughting Officer by considering petitioner's application/representation dated 31.07.2017.
