This Writ Miscellaneous petition has been filed to recall the order dated 15.09.2023 passed in W.P.No.15034 of 2018 in and by which the said Writ petition was dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to restore the same if the respondents were to seek relief.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to order this petition.
