Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to appoint her in the post of Computer Instructors Grade-I (Post Graduate Cadre) pursuant to the Notification No.9 /2019 dated 01.03.2019 issued by the Second Respondent in any of the vacancies in Tiruppur District with all consequential and attendant benefits including seniority based on the marks secured by her in the written examination considering her representation dated 31.01.2022 within a time to e stipulated by the Court.

Heard Mr. S.Giritharan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. R.Siddharth, Learned Counsel, who takes notice for the First and Second Respondents and Mr. S.Rajesh, Learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the Third and Fourth Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.
The Petitioner, who had participated in the recruitment to the post of Computer Instructor Grade - I (Post Graduate Cadre) in furtherance to the Notification No. 9 /2019 dated 01.03.2019 issued by the Second Respondent, has sought for direction to include her name in the selection list for the said post.

Learned Counsel for the First and Second Respondents, on instructions, has filed a memo dated 13.03.2023 stating that the Petitioner had secured 2/4
