2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the respondent. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for allowing this petition.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the CMP is ordered.

4.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.
