Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that already a case in Crime No.567 of 2015 has been registered against the petitioner and others in the year 2015 and the same is pending. While so, the petitioner is being summoned by the second respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that on the complaint given by one Govindan, the petitioner was summoned by the second respondent in respect of different transactions.

4. However, the same is refuted by the petitioner. If the police wants the presence of the petitioner, they are directed to issue summon in writing for the appearance of the petitioner.

With the above direction, the criminal original petition is closed.
